We recommend a refill every 3 weeks to keep your nails healthy! If you become as well long betwixt refills, your nails will starting time to elevator and if water and dirt get underneath bacteria can grow. Boom infections are not an enjoyable experience! Your nails may too grow too far out, throwing off the strength of the nail. If you accidently hit them off something or apply pressure, cracks can announced in your boom plate.
